Set Up:

This is a passing and conditioning drill, using two players at a time. Player 1 is the Feeder and Player 2 will do the conditioning work. Player 2 starts on the first line, double passing with Player 1. After Player 2 makes his return pass, he turns and sprints to the second line, and then sprints back to the first line. When he gets there, he double passes with Player 1 again and then turns and sprints to the third line, and so on. Upon reaching the last line, Player 2 then sprints back to the first line. At this point, the players may switch OR the Coach can make the bout of conditioning longer, perhaps having the runner go back down the mountain if possible.
