Set Up:
There are eighteen players set up on a large field, including two goalkeepers. The two teams play 8 v 8, and can score in any of the five small goals. They can also try to score in the large triangle goal in the center of the field, covered by two goalkeepers. Games are played to eleven, and the scoring conditions can vary (see Progressions). Ball put out of play are re-started by the Feeder.
Coaching Points:
1. After a turnover, the entire group has to contract towards the center.
2. The defense has to get numbers around the ball and take away the space.
3. Players away from the ball have to be able to cover long passes.
Progressions:
1. Dribble thru the goal to score.
