Organization:

Set up two grids of 35y x 15y. Three players at point 1; two players at point 2 and point 3. Extensive Endurance Activity. 3 x 8 minutes continuous. Two minutes rest between each 8 minutes.

Part 3: 1 passes to 2, 2 bounces back to 1, 1 plays long pass 3, 3 wall pass with 2, 3 dribbles back to 1.

Focus Points:

  • Pass with the correct speed to the correct foot.

  • Receive with the correct foot.

  • Timing of runs.

  • Communication.

  • Keep focusing on execution when getting tired.

  • Faster than jogging speed.
